What Happens Next

Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 72 hours.
Verification: We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Response: We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt. If the request is complex, we may extend this by a further 60 days, but we will inform you of any extension within the initial 30-day period.
